日本の健康保険をお持ちでない方は自費診療となります。
当院では、外国人診療に伴う正確なコミュニケーション維持や、特別な事務手続きの体制を確保するため、診療費を1点30円（通常の3倍）で換算し、ご負担いただいております。日本の健康保険による「3割負担」などは適用されず、全額自己負担となるため、通常の医療費と比べて高額になります。

検査・お薬の費用には、別途「診察料」がかかります。
処方箋が発行された場合、調剤薬局でのお薬代（薬局の規定による自費）が別途発生します。
ご自身で通訳の方を見つけるのが難しい場合には、下記をご参照のうえ、対応可能な医療機関をお探しください。
Patients who do not hold valid Japanese Public Health Insurance will be treated as self-pay (private-pay) patients.
To support the additional administrative processes and communication requirements involved in providing medical care for non-insured international patients, consultation and medical service fees at our clinic are calculated at JPY 30 per medical fee point (approximately three times the standard government reimbursement rate).
Please note that the Japanese public insurance co-payment system (such as the standard 30% patient contribution) does not apply. Therefore, patients are responsible for the full cost of medical care, which will result in substantially higher out-of-pocket expenses.

Consultation fees are charged separately from laboratory testing and prescription-related fees.
If a prescription is issued, medication costs at the pharmacy will be billed separately according to the pharmacy’s pricing policy.
If arranging an interpreter independently is difficult, the following services may be helpful in locating language support or multilingual medical facilities in Japan.
